About the conference.

The conference “One-Parameter Semigroups of Operators” is now in its fifth edition, following the successful meetings held in 2024,  2023, 2022 and 2021.

This event aims to bring together researchers working with operator-theoretic, harmonic-analytic, probabilistic, and semigroup-theoretic methods in the study of partial differential equations and related problems arising in Mathematical Physics, Stochastic Dynamics, and the natural sciences.
Topics will include, but are not limited to:

• One-parameter semigroups of linear operators, their applications and generalizations 

• Semigroups of operators and Markov processes

• Spectral theory, Schrödinger operators and unique continuation

• Non-local operators, operator inequalities and heat kernel bounds

• Nonlinear PDEs and stochastic equations

• Particle systems, mean-field limits, and stochastic dynamics

• Quantum physics, quantum information and quantum dynamical semigroups

• Applications of semigroups in natural sciences

The conference will be held online via Zoom. Participation at the conference is free, registration is required to get the password for the Zoom sessions. Registration is open untill the end of the conference.
